I build training and then check whether it worked.

I’m a learning experience designer. Most of my work is scenario-based: the learner makes decisions inside a situation that matters, and the module records what they actually did rather than what they say they would do.

I write the content, storyboard it, build it in Storyline and write the JavaScript that measures it. That last part is the reason I code: the interesting questions in this field — did anything change, for whom, and for how long — are measurement questions.

I work in Turkish and English, remotely, and I’m available for freelance projects: full modules, Storyline development from an existing storyboard, SCORM troubleshooting, or a measurement layer added to training you already own.
